Relationship between PMG and GKIM

Precision Medical Group (“PMG”) is an independent, physician-led clinical practice. GKIM Ltd. (“GKIM”) is an independent technology and administrative-services organisation registered in the United Kingdom.

GKIM provides technology, workflow, knowledge-engineering and back-office administrative-support services to PMG under a written services agreement. GKIM does not practise medicine, does not employ or supervise PMG clinicians, does not direct clinical decisions, and is not an owner, agent, joint-venturer or affiliate of PMG. GKIM is not authorised to speak for the practice. All clinical judgement rests with the individual licensed physician treating the patient.

Trademarks

“Healthcare Productisation™” is a trademark of GKIM Ltd., used in connection with the technology and administrative-services methodology GKIM provides. “PMG” and “Precision Medical Group” are used to refer to the clinical practice of that name. Other names and logos are the property of their respective owners.

They do not imply endorsement, certification or accreditation by Medicare, CMS or any other payer, and they do not guarantee coverage or payment for any specific service.

Any decision to test or treat must be made because it is expected to benefit the individual patient. Documentation supports, but does not substitute for, the treating clinician’s independent judgement of medical necessity.

Email communication (CAN-SPAM)

Emails from this site are sent by GKIM Ltd., 17 South Road, Cambridge, United Kingdom, on behalf of the PMG–GKIM information programme. Where an email is transactional — for example, the confirmation of a message you have sent, a callback confirmation, or a booking confirmation — it is sent because you initiated the interaction.

Every commercial or informational email includes an unsubscribe link. Selecting it removes your address from future non-transactional communication; the address is suppressed automatically and no further marketing or newsletter email will be sent to it. Suppression lists are honoured across the PMG–GKIM email infrastructure. Transactional replies that are strictly necessary to a request you have made may still be sent.
